Engine Stringers - Replacement of Engine Stringers, Transom, forward bulk head, and port/starboard bilge stringers **The stringers were completely rotten and would not support the torque of the engine. The stringers were cut out and new Douglas fir glassed back in. They were laminated to the transom, hull, and forward bulk head
Interior - complete dis-assembly down to the floors and bilge: engine/drive-train removed, seat frames, and
and all upholstered pieces removed the marine grade plywood floors were inspected and damaged sections replaced from forward of engine to stern Floors were covered in a layer of 6 oz. fiberglass mat and sealed with polyester resin.
Bilge - The bilge was de-greased and sanded. Two gallons of Interlux BilgeKote was applied.
Carpet - Premium carpet was installed. The hull side and section under the bow forward of the partition were covered as well. Seat frame bases were covered with the same carpet.
Upholstery - A&A Marine premium vinyl factory kit was pre-ordered to factory specification.
Prior to install wood bases, seat bottoms, and frames were rebuilt as needed and refinished. Interior
foam and hardware was replaced.
Audio -Rockville ATOM 8B 8 channel amp 3,500 Watt, Rockville WB65, 6.5 in. 600 Watt Rockville WB65, 6.5 in. 600 Watt speakers Fosgate coaxial speakers
Engine - The boat has low hours on the original engine. Engine compression tested within required range on all 8 cylinders.
Steering - The antiquated OEM rack and pinion steering system was replaced with a SeaStar Non-Feedback system (SH911536B) coupled with a Dash Tilt Module, NFB 4.2 Single (SHT91536)
Throttle - Installed a modern side-mount system.
The exhaust ports and side Century emblems were stripped and re-finished.
Stainless Steel rub Rails: All imperfections were removed on the grinder and polished to a showroom finish. hand rails, swim platform supports, etc.
Swim Platform Rebuild/Refinished: 8 hours
